ENSURING CONSTRUCTION IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH DESIGN
It is generally the requirements of a building consent conditions that a design engineer monitors and certifies specific design elements. We have undertaken this work on a large range of projects, on behalf of our clients, and we have taken their projects from concept design through to the issue of Code Compliance Certificate (CCC). We also tailor our services to fit every project’s needs.

- Obtain PS3 and issue PS4
A Construction Review, Producer Statement (PS4) is issued by Plumb Consulting Engineers upon the satisfactory completion of the construction works, in accordance with the approved building consent documentation, and the engineer’s site instructions.
